My college baseball coach always said, "Success is dependent on hard work and consistency." - Beam

I was born and raised in Coon Rapids,

Minnesota. During my high school career,

I played middle-infield and pitched.

In college, I was strictly a pitcher.

I have been in the business of baseball-specific

strength work for two years and have seen very good results in that short time. I only work with aspiring baseball players, with the goal of developing greater strength, athleticism, explosiveness, and intelligence off the field. I understand each athlete has different needs based on their movement patterns, stabilization and mobilization, and overall physical development. It is with this approach, I train each individual athlete accordingly.

I am passionate about working on a daily basis with aspiring young athletes. My strength program is a great platform for me to reach out and mentor athletes within that very critical age range of 12-21. Being a positive influence on the baseball players I work with is as important as the strength program itself. I believe that I am able to quickly relate and connect with today’s young baseball players, while still being able to provide leadership and mentorship. In addition to my strength program, I make it a point to go to summer games, talk baseball and more during training sessions, check-in to make sure our players are eating the best they can and be there to answer any questions that might come up.

Nutrition goes hand-in-hand with the training. I am not affiliated with any supplement company, but I understand the demands lifting and top-notch training puts on the body. Proper nutrition is vital for maximizing physical development, and I want to give every athlete I work with the knowledge they need to get the most out of my program.
